Availability and Reservation Information

- Our Reservations Policy -

Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead, please call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-877-209-7170 for availability and to reserve your cabin or fill out our Cabin Availability Form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in our Reservation Form along with the deposit listed per cabin per week. Your deposit may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order. You must provide Maple Ridge Resort with a credit card number even if you are paying via check. Either include your credit card number on the reservation form, or if you prefer, you may submit this information by phone. Maple Ridge Resort must have this information to confirm a reservation. We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us. If the deposit is not received within that time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Please list the names of all persons staying in the cabin on the Reservation Form.

Additional Persons Charge: Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin. An additional person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. The Additional Person Charge is $30/night or $150/week for adults; and $15/night or $90/week for children age 3 to 16. Children 2 and under are free.

Visitor Policy: Visitors must register at the office upon arrival. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.

Pets Policy: We do allow dogs with a fee of $125/week per dog, or $25/day per dog. Dogs must be leashed at all times; never left unattended, and must be cleaned up after. Owners are financially responsible for any damages caused by their pet. No other pets except dogs are allowed.

Arrivals: Upon check-in the balance of rental payment is due as well as any deposit for watercraft rental. No refund will be given for early departures. Cabin rentals are subject to 6.875% sales tax and a 3% local tax. All other rentals are subject to 6.875% sales tax only.

Cancellations: We understand that from time to time guests must cancel their vacation for various reasons. We hope you will understand that your deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another week during the same calendar year. Deposits are applied to the last day of your stay. You are responsible for your entire stay. Maple Ridge Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Arrival & Departure Times

Check-In 4:00 p.m. or after

PLEASE - DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. We need until 4 p.m. to get the resort properly cleaned and maintained on Saturdays! A 1/2 day rental fee will be assessed on any early arrivals. Thank you for your consideration!

Check-Out 9:00 a.m. or before

Late Departures:
Late departures will be subject to a 1/2 day rental fee.

All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables.
All cabins have microwaves, automatic coffeemakers and all appliances and housewares.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available.
Towels are NOT provided.
Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks and Money Orders Accepted
Damage deposit on boats/motors and pontoons is due upon check-in.

Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
